WECARE Insurance Broker operates as a licensed insurance intermediary in Cambodia. Our services include: • Insurance quotation comparison and recommendation • Policy placement with licensed insurance companies • Claims assistance and advocacy • Risk assessment and advisory services • Online account management and document storage WECARE acts as your broker — we represent your interests when dealing with insurance companies, not the other way around.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your password and account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

4. Insurance Quotations

Quotations provided through our platform are: • Indicative: Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to underwriting review • Time-limited: Quotes are valid for the period stated (typically 30 days) and may change thereafter • Non-binding: A quotation does not constitute an insurance contract or guarantee of coverage • Conditional: Final terms, conditions, and premiums are determined by the insurer upon application WECARE endeavors to provide accurate quotations but does not guarantee that the final policy terms will match the initial quote.

5. Your Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to: • Provide truthful and complete information in all applications and forms • Disclose all material facts that may affect your insurance coverage • Read and understand your policy documents before accepting coverage • Pay premiums on time as required by your insurance policies • Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your coverage • Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

WECARE shall not be liable for: • Decisions made by insurance companies regarding applications, claims, or coverage • Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by users • Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to WECARE for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the WECARE platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to WECARE and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation between the parties 2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator 3. The competent courts of Aquation Office Park (Diamond Island), 540 Koh Pich St, Phnom Penh 120101, Cambodia WECARE Insurance Broker is licensed and regulated under the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent website notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
